  • إذا قمت باستخدام بوابة المركز الوطني لأمن المسافرين من تسجيل حساب، أو تقديم طلب، أو ملء استمارة، أو التفاعل مع خدماتنا بطرق أخرى، فإننا قد نستخدم المعلومات لتحقيق الغرض الأساسي الذي من أجله قام المستخدم بتزويد المركز بالبيانات، كالحصول على خدمة معينة، أو الرد على الطلبات، أو الاستفسارات، أو الشكاوى.
  • يمكن استخدام البيانات للتواصل مع المستخدمين وتزويدهم بالمعلومات والتحديثات المتعلقة بالخدمات التي يستخدمونها.
  • قد تستخدم البيانات أيضًا لأغراض إحصائية وتحليلية لتحسين وتطوير خدماتنا.
  • يقوم المركز باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الإدارية والتدابير التقنية التي تضمن المحافظة على هذه البيانات وحمايتها لمنع الوصول أو الاستخدام غير المشروع أو المصرح به وذلك من خلال تطبيق أعلى المعايير التنظيمية والتقنية.
  • يقتصر الاطلاع على هذه البيانات على عدد محدد من الأشخاص المصرح لهم.
  • يحق للمركز مشاركة البيانات التي تم استلامها في حالة الاستجابة لمذكرات الاستدعاء أو أوامر المحكمة أو أي إجراء قانوني آخر أو من أجل تحقيق أو منع أو اتخاذ إجراءات تتعلق بالممارسات غير القانونية أو حالات الاحتيال المشبوهة أو المشاكل التقنية أو الأمنية.
  • في حال وجود شكاوى أو اعتراضات متعلقة بخصوصية البيانات وحماية البيانات الشخصية، يمكن التواصل مع المركز الوطني لأمن المسافرين (NTC) عن طريق البريد الالكتروني: pr@ntc.gov.sa
  • يمكن للمركز الوطني لأمن المسافرين (NTC) تعديل سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر للحفاظ على مواكبتها للأنظمة والتشريعات واللوائح والسياسات الوطنية.

  • If you use the National Center for Passenger Security portal to register an account, submit an application, fill out a form, or interact with our services in other ways, we may use the information to achieve the basic purpose for which the user provided the center with the data, such as obtaining a specific service, or espond to requests, inquiries or complaints.
  • The data may be used to communicate with users and provide them with information and updates about the services they are using.
  • The data may also be used for statistical and analytical purposes to improve and develop our services.
  • The center takes all administrative and technical measures to ensure the preservation and protection of this data to prevent illegal or unauthorized access or use, through the application of the highest organizational and technical standards.
  • Access this data is restricted to a limited number of authorized persons.
  • The Center has the right to share the data received in response to subpoenas, court orders, or any other legal procedure, or in order to investigate, prevent, or take action related to illegal practices, suspicious fraud cases, or technical or security problems.
